Mary's obituary follows: Mrs Mary Harvey At Manilla Hospital on 11th. - inst occurred the death of Mrs Mary Harvey widow of the late Mr Peter Harvey of Klori, at the age of 73 years. Deceased was interred in Manilla Cemetery onTuesday morning, the Rev T. Hunter-Barratt officiating. Mrs Harvey was born at Murrurundi in 1854, and as a child came with her parents (the late Mr. and Mrs W. Johnston) to settle at Nemingha near Tamworth. In June 1876, she married, and the young couple settled at Klori, then known as Dead Horse Gully, which was their home — centre until Mr Harvey's death, about three years ago. Mrs Harvey retained possession of the, old home until a year ago when she came to town to reside with her daughter, Mrs Percy Muggleton. She is survived by nine children: Mesdames Percy Muggleton (Manilla), Samuel Walker (Moonbi), Richard Johnston (Rushes Creek), Cecil Muller (Tamworth) ; and Messrs Robert Harvey (Kelly's Plains, Armidale), James and Terence (Klori), William (Rushes Creek), and Percival . (Attnnga Springs). [3]
