Cecil Margarite (Jolly) Bergen was born about 1 Nov 1903 in Texas, United States, daughter of William Randolph Jolly (1877 - 1938) and Margarette Lea (Cantrell) Jolly (1882 - 1941).

In 1930, Cecil B Zink (27) was living in Huntington Park, Los Angeles, California, with husband James B Zink (36) and children Marguerite (8), James Jr (6), Kenneth (5) and Salah L (2).[2]

Cecil died about 1 Mar 1966 aged 62. [3]
