Marc Antoine Joly was the son of Marc Antoine Joly and Marie-Anne Boucher. His baptism says he was the son of Pierre and Marie Anne Boucher.[1] This appears to be a mistake by the priest as there is no other record of the father being called Pierre.
Rather than putting historic names (or current names) of locations in parentheses in location fields, just use the name that was in use at the time of the event. Explain newer names in the Bio if you wish to clarify.

Hi, Richard, how are you? On this profile, there is the word "or" in LNAB which isn't really supposed to be there. I looked him up and found is LNAB was Joly. Also his baptism on this date was to father Pierre. Would you change his LNAB please? You can change the father or I can, just let me know.
Best wishes, Cindy
