Willie was born about 1907. In the 1910 census, she is three years old, living with her father, Charlie (age 35), mother Mary (age 34), and sisters Cora B, age 7, and Lillian, age 1. All report being born in Alabama.

Social Security Application form provides names of parents, along with the information that Billie's full given name was "Willie E.".
Marriage certificate is a 1957 reprint of the original.
According to her obituary, she was survived by myself, her granddaughter, and a half brother named Lewis Rome of Pleasant Grove, ALA. she was buried at Highland Memorial Garden.
