MR. A. J. JONES.

The death occurred in Lismore yesterday morning of Mr. Arthur James Jones, aged 65 years, of 77 Pine Street, North Lismore. Born at Scone, he had lived in Lismore for about 20 years. For about eight years he was employed by the P.D.S. He is survived, by five sons and four daughters. The sons are Messrs. Les, Reginald, Cyril and Eric, all of Lismore, and Walter (Sydney). The daughters are Mrs. R. Pearson(Eltham), Mrs. W. Hajjar, Mrs. Greenhalgh and Mrs. S. O'Carroll (Lismore). His funeral will leave St. Andrew's Church of England, Lismore, tomorrow, after a service commencing at 11 a.m. for the Lismore cemetery.

MR. A. J. JONES.

Mr. Arthur James Jones, of 77 Pine Street, North Lismore, who died in Lismore on Thursday, was buried on Saturday morning in the Church of England cemetery. A service was conducted in St. Andrew's Church of England by Rev. T. Baker, of Lismore, who also conducted the graveside service. Pallbearers at the church and grave-side were, Messrs. Eric, Les and Reg Jones (sons), W. Hajjar, S. O'Carroll and R. Pearson (sons-in-law). Messrs. T. Kendall and G. Pearson carried the wreaths. Will Riley & Son had charge of the funeral arrangements.
