Chilion Jones, an engineer and architect, was the business partner of architect Thomas Fuller.[1] They formed their partnership in the 1850s, together winning the contracts to design the church of St. Stephen-in-the-Fields in Toronto and the neo-gothic Parliament Buildings in Ottawa.[2]
Born in 1835, he was the sixth son of Jonas Jones and Mary Ford. He married Eliza Maria Harvey in 1859.[3] They had two sons and three daughters.[4]
