Biography
Isabella was born in 1815. Isabella Jones was the daughter of Enoch Jones and Paulina Porter.[1]
Isabella Jones married Edward Beecher. They first lived in Boston, Massachusetts, USA, where Edward was pastor of Park Street Church.[2]
They later lived in Galesburg, Illinois, USA, where Edward was pastor of the First Congregational Church of Galesburg.[3][4]
In 1871 they settled in Brooklyn, New York, where from 1885 to 1889 Edward was pastor of the Parkville church.
She passed away November 17, 1895.[1] She was buried in Lot 19318, Section 173 of Green-Wood Cemetery in Brooklyn, Kings County, New York.[5]
