Lucy (Jones) Neil migrated from Minnesota to Washington.

Lucy Amanda Jones was born in 1886 to William Nelson Jones and Krishanna Dora (Ihda) Jones.[1]

In 1903, Lucy married Frank M Bean, according to stories told to her granddaughter, the love of her life.[2] Unfortunately, Frank died in a logging accident sometime right before or after Harry was born in North Dakota, in 1907.[3]

In March of 1910 she married Henry Ferdinand Rabanus witnessed by C E Bean and Clara Bean.[7][8][9]

In 1913, she married George Ferris Anderson aka Robert Harrison.[10][11] Prior to their divorce in 1922,[12] they had three daughters:

  1. Alice Hester b. 24 Mar 1913 d. 8 Apr 1996[13]
  2. Louella Esther b. 25 Feb 1915 d. 19 Sep 1997[14]
  3. Verna Irene b. 28 Sep 1916 d. 13 Apr 2012[15]

In 1920, Her daughter, Birdie dies at the age of 13.[5]

In April of 1923, she married John Roderick[16] and within a month her son Harry dies at age 15.[6]

In October of 1932 she married Claiborne Lane Neil in Tenino, Washington witnessed by her son Frank W Bean.[17]

In the late 1930's she began studying with Jehovah's Witnesses since her daughter, Alice and her husband were also studying and she wanted to prove "those witnesses" wrong. She was baptized and served faithfully as one of Jehovah's Witnesses until her death.

Around the early 1950's she took in her granddaughter, Frances Lee Peasley prior to her becoming emancipated at 15 and marrying Carl William Robinson

She lived in her later years with another granddaughter, Ginger Ann Peasley and her family in Chehalis, Washington.

She died in a nursing home in Centralia, Washington in April 1981.[18][19]
