The 1890 Veterans Schedules of the US Federal Census lists Malinda widow of James A Jones. James was a Private in Company H, 8th Tennessee Infantry. He died in Andersonville Prison in Georgia.[1]
He died 22 Aug 1864 and is buried in Andersonville National Cemetery in Macon, Georgia.[2] The notation for this memorial says he was in Co. B, 13th Tennessee Infantry.[3]
