Biography
According to the 1880 US Census for Flagg, Ogle, Illinois, fifty-five-year-old Anson Jones, a married, white farmer of the Flagg area, was born in New York about 1825. Anson was married to fifty-year-old Sarah (Unknown) who was born about 1830, also in New York. Anson and Sarah both passed away after 1880. In 1880, the Anson Jones household included a ten-year-old servant boy named Frank Schoonover.
