Søren Jonsen was born in Norway
Søren was born in 1771 at Rørholt, Bamble.[1] He was the son of Jon Hansen Rørholt and Marte Arnoldsdatter Rørholt.[1]
He was confirmed on 23 October 1785 in Bamble.[2]
He married Mette Kirstine Madsdatter (daughter of Mads Arnoldsen Haukedal / Rørholt / Kjær and Alaug Olsdatter) on 3 November 1791 in Bamble.[3][4]
They have apparently left Bamble after the Wedding.
