Biography
Anund was born no later than the 1340's as the son of the knight Jon Henningsson and his wife Ingeborg Anundsdotter.
Career
Anund was a knight and a member of the Privy Council (1377-96), as well as a lawspeaker on the island of Öland (1381-94).
During the battles between king Albert (Albrekt av Mecklenburg) and the dethroned king Magnus with his son Hans, Anund stood on Albert's side. Later he stood on queen Margret's side against Albert. He also attended the function in Nyköping in 1396 when Erik of Pommerania had been elected king, that settled the questions of the union.
Wives and Children
Anund's first wife was Ramborg Israelsdotter, the daughter of the lawspeaker Israel Birgersson. She was dead in 1384 and was buried in Vadstena Abbey Church.
His second wife was Agneta Karlsdotter Nipertz who was buried in the same church.

- Kristina, married to the knight Anund Sture.
Anund died around 1397 and was buried February 7, 1399, in Vadstena klosterkyrka together with his second wife.[1]
