Nathan was born in 1824. He was the son of Charles Benjamin Jordan and Elizabeth née Lockett. He passed away in 1864.

Enter a personal reminiscence or story.
I discovered that he served in the 17th Alabama Infantry regiment during the Civil War. The information that I have indicated that he wounded in battle during the Civil War. He died at military hospital in Eufaula,Barbour County, Alabama in 1864. He was forty years of age at the time of his death.
