In 1910, just before he was born, his family lived in Fort Collins City, Larimer, Colorado, United States. His father Jack S. Jordan and his sons Charles and Chester worked as Hardware Salesmen.

Paul immigrated to Canada about 1912 with his family and received naturalization in 1916. His family had a homestead farm near Truax, Elmsthorpe No. 100, Saskatchewan, Canada.
In 1916 Paul was 5 yrs. old, living with his family (Jack, Laura Emeline, and Chester Alva Jordan) in Elmsthorpe, Saskatchewan.[1]
In 1926 Paul was 15 yrs. old and was living with his family near Truax, in the district of Moose Jaw No. 161, Saskatchewan, Canada.[2]

Paul married Helen Ivy Marie Sorenson about the 5th of May, 1940 in Avonlea, Saskatchewan, Canada. Children:
After their marriage, they lived with his parents and farmed with them for awhile. They had a son Eugene (Jay) Jordan in 1940 and a daughter Donna Marie Jordan in 1942. Sadly, Donna passed away at six years old from a brain tumor. Helen and Paul later operated the Truax post office and then operated a store.
After this, they moved to Claybank where Paul worked as an elevator agent. They then bought a business they operated for several years in Medicine Hat, Alberta, Canada. Later, they sold that and went into a similar business with Helen's sister Gertie and her husband Art Greene.
Paul passed away in 1981 after a lengthy illness. Paul was mentioned on a memorial in Hillside Cemetery, Medicine Hat, Medicine Hat Census Division, Alberta, Canada with a death date of 7 Oct 1981.[3]
