Her father is Joseph Nicholas not Nicholas Joseph. Cynthia does not belong in this family two different families.
From looking at the 1861 Canada census I see there is no Cynthia Joseph listed. It shows Cecile abt 1847, and Georgina abt 1851, then right to Jean Baptiste abt 1853 and Marie abt 1856. So I will look into her death but I do not think she belongs to this family.
