Biography

Henry was born on October 27, 1894 in Cheetham, Manchester, England. ^[1] His parents were Meyer Joseph and Yetta Cohen. ^[2]

In 1917, he lived at 6 West 144th St in Manhattan, New York. His occupation was manufacturing rubber cloth at Eureka Rubber Co. at College Point, Long Island. ^[1]

In 1920, he lived in Brooklyn, NY, with his wife Sara "Sadie" (Siegel) Joseph and one-year-old son Horace.^[3]

In 1930, he was listed as divorced, living with his son Horace, age 11. They were in the household of Henry's parents, along with several of his siblings.^[4]
