James Lee Joslin was born in Snow Oklahoma January the 18th 1914 to Robert Lee Joslin and Verna Bell Chapman Joslin. he passed away January the 28th 1991 in Lane Oregon he is interred at Springfield Memorial Gardens, Springfield Oregon.^[1]
