Biography

Beatrice Josselyn died young.

Beatrice was born in 1673; her parents were Abraham Josselyn and his wife Ann (Hudson) Josselyn.[1]

At the age of 2 years, on February 10, 1675 (during King Philip's War) Indians attacked at Lancaster and killed her father. She and her mother were carried off into captivity and subsequently both were killed.[1]

Her name is spelled Beatrix in some sources.
