NOTES

Daughter of Freeman Josslyn, born about 1800 in Massachusetts.

Daughter of Freeman and Mehitable Josselyn (ME Vital Records, 1670-1921).

Daughter of Freeman (b abt 1802) and Hannah (b abt 1796) Joselyn (1850 census).

There is a record of a Mehitable Bridgham marrying Otis Hood on Nov 1, 1865, in Turner, Maine. This is the same Mehitable, implying that her husband, Valentine, either died before 1865, or they were divorced.

In the 1860 census, Valentine and Mahitable Bridgham were living in the household of Freeman and Hannah Joselyn in Turner, Maine.

In the 1870 census, Freeman Bridgham was living with Freeman and Hannah Josselyn, and Ida May Bridgham was living with Otis and Mehitable Hood.

Her mother's name was also Mehitable.

Her father was Freeman Josslyn, born about 1800 in Massachusetts. He was living with his grandson, Freeman Bridgham, in the 1880 census.

The 1900 census shows Mahittable [sic] C. Hood living with her daughter, Ida M. Cloudman in Westbrook, Maine. It also states that her only child was living in 1900.

The 1910 census states that both of her children were living in 1910.
