Rozella Judd was born in 1844.[1] She was the daughter of Marshall James Judd (1806-1864) and Theodotia Maynard (1809-1895).[1] at age 17, she was in her parent's home in Fenner, Madison County, New York along with her siblings. Harriet, Adeline, Seymour, and Charles.[2]
She was a School Teacher in 1870, in Fenner, Madison County, New York, and living in her mother, Thedoria-60's home.[3]
She was Single, teaching School in New York in 1880, at age 34. [4]
she married William Wagoner ca 1890. They had one child.
Rozella and her husband Gilbert, and daughter Luella P Waggoner-14, were living in Smithfield, Madison County, New York in 1905.[6]
She died on 9 March 1922, at the age of 77, in Morrisville, Eaton, Madison county, New York,[7] and was buried in the Evergreen Cemetery in Cazenovia, Madison County, New York.[1]
