Mattie was born Oct. 15, 1881 in Tennessee to Wesley B. Judd.[1]
She married widower John Robert Shetter circa 1908.[2] To this marriage he brought sons Luther Richard Shetter and Wallace Cas Shetter.
Together they became the parents of Jesse Henry Shetter, Ella Alice Shetter, James Robert Shetter(who was first named Paul),[3][4] and Walter Wilson Shetter.
She passed away on June 30, 1960 at Lake Worth, Tarrant Co., Texas[5] and was buried at Greenwood Memorial Park and Mausoleum in Fort Worth.[6]
