Bluford Lloyd Judd was born on October 13, 1864 in Overton, Tennessee, United States, son of Andrew Jackson Judd (1839–1907) and Sarah Harp (1842–1908).[1]

Bluford died on April 14, 1926 in Somerset, Pulaski, Kentucky, United States, aged 61. He was buried in Algood Cemetery, Algood, Putnam County, Tennessee.[1]
