Charles was born in the first quarter of 1855 in Truro, Cornwall, England to William Juleff & Gertrude Nicholls. ^[1]

In 1861, the Juleff family were living in Ladock, Cornwall, England & Charles' father was a Stone Mason.^[2]

At the time of the 1901 Census, Charles & the family were living in Taunton, Somerset, England & Charles was a Professor of Music. ^[5]

In 1911, the Juleffs had moved to Weston-super-Mare, Somerset, England & Charles, at 56 Years old, was the "ORGANICAL AND CHOIR DIRECTOR AT ALL SAINTS CHURCH WESTON SUPER MARE" as well as a Professor of Music. ^[6]

Charles Edward Juleff passed away on 16 April 1928 at home at Tower House on Park Street, Taunton, Somerset, England at the age of 73. ^{[7] [8]} In his will, proved 16 May 1928, Charles left £5364 2s 6d to his wife. ^[9]
