Biography
Ernest was born on 19th Jul 1876. He is the son of Henry Julian and Martha Fox.
He married Emma Jane Carrington on 22 Jul 1897.[1]
Ernest and Emma had 10 children of their own and adopted an eleventh: Ernestina Kenneth Julian on 29th Jan 1898 Leverick Iden Solden Julian on 24th May 1899, (known as Iney) Isabel Mavis Julian on 24th May 1900 Roy Carrington on 8th Nov 1901 Dorothy Eveline on 27 Dec 1902 Thelma Madge Julian on 16th Sep 1906 Rita Mary Julian on 7th Nov 1909 Nyla Annie Zell Julian on 28th Nov 1911 An un-named still born baby on 1st Nov 1915
On the 12th Mar 1917, Ernest's younger sister; Ethel Rose Nicholls (nee Julian) died, having given birth the day before to her Frederick Leverick Nicholls.
Ernest and Emma adopted Fred, changing his name to Frederick Leverick Nicholls Julian - born 11th Mar 1917
He died on 27th Jul 1947 aged 71 years old.[2]
