Springdale (Special)--John Horace (Gabe) Julian, 59 resident of 708 Meadow Ave, died this morning at 1:15 o'clock. He was born March 23, 1894 at Cave Springs and has been employed by the Welch Grape Juice Company of Springdale. Mr. Julian served in World War I in France and England. He is survived by his wife, Beatrice Bookout Julian; two sons, Johnnie Julian of the U.S. Navy; and Jimmy Julian of the home; one daughter, Mrs. Mary Anna Whittle of Dallas, Texas; two brothers, Roy Julian of Buhl, Idaho, and Hobart Julian of Springdale; one sister, Mrs. Grace Pennington, Springdale; and one grandchild. Funeral services will be conducted Monday at 2 p.m. in the Callison-Sisco chapel by the Rev. Roe Matthews of the Caudle Avenue Baptist Church. Burial will be in the Bluff cemetery.
