Biography

Maret JÄNSDOTTER, daughter of Jäns ELOFSSON and Karin NILSDOTTER was born on 18 March 1756 in Frykerud Parish, West Gotland (Värmland), Sweden. She married Lars NILSSON on 24 October 1788 in Frykerud Parish. They had three sons, one of whom died within the year of his birth. They lived in Norra Näs, Frykerud Parish, for a time and then moved to Lene. Maret died on 12 Apr 1829 in Lene, Frykerud Parish, Värmlands, Sweden.
