Biography

Anna Marie Sophie Kaiser was born on May 7, 1916, in Gowarzewo, Poland. Her parents were Ernst Heinrich Wilhelm Konrad Kaiser and Christine Luise Sophie nee Rekeweg Kaiser-3039 l Rekeweg-8. In 1917 her brother was born; we do not find a name for him. In this data he is called Unnamed Kaiser #1Kaiser - . She was married twice. Her first husband was Ottomar (or Ottmar or Otto) Lauer Lauer - who was born in Golenhofen, Poland. He was born on February 9, 1913. When he was 22, in August 1935, he married Anna Marie Sophie Kaiser in Wettschütz, Glogau, Liegnitz, Schlesien, Poland. Ottmar died fighting the Russians in World War ll. The date was December 19, 1941. He died in Nordostw, Rojukowo. He was buried in December 1941 in Vilnius-Vingo in Lithuania. His body lies in Vingis Park, a huge forested area in a bend of the Neris River, criss-crossed by walking bike trails. He can be found in part of the Vilnius University Botanical Garden with flower beds, fruit trees, and a small cemetery with the graves of German soldiers. Various activities are held there, including concerts, food sales, and other such amenities. The name of the cemetery is the Wilna Cemetery. Anna remained a widow for 15 months . Then on March 4, 1944, after her husband's death, she remarried in Bialoleka, Weiholz, Glogau, Liegnitz, Schlesien in Poland. The groom was Karl Wilhelm Ernsting who was 27 at the time. Karl died on December 19, 1986, in Einhausen. Anna lived another 20 years and died on January 6, 2006.
