Walberga gave birth at Sea, to Mary Transatlantic Kaufmann, Sachsenmaier (or so the story is told). They settled, lived, died and are buried in Phila., PA.

As someone who has Jewish Ancestry I think it is extremely important for me to work on this and learn more about this horrible time in human history.

Apparently according to the DNA profile we have some Norwegian ancestors. I doubt we will uncover this but it would be an interesting discovery.
I am working on the profile for Governor Ross. I already filled out the Biography notes and I am waiting for the Museum and Historical Society to send me more information and photos.
My family has deep Pennsylvania Dutch roots. I have some family still living the AMISH life and some that are Mennonite. Most of my family has been in Pennsylvania since the 1700s.
I am supposed to be related somehow to Samuel Whitaker Pennypacker. My Great Grandmother was named Agnes Pennypacker (Reiter) Yoder. I'm unable to link this currently. I am waiting for hand written documents from our "official" family historian.
I'm told we have a president somewhere in our family tree. It would be great to finally prove or disprove it. Either way I'm getting questions answered however, finally locating the link and answering the rumors would be great!
The Reiter line of my family in Boyertown, Pennsylvania goes back 100+ years. I'm looking for information. I know there are documents a true written record going back probably almost 200 years.

As part of a re-vitalization of the WikiTree US Presidents Project we are asking members if they are planning to continue their contributions to the project. We are establishing a page where everyone can identify the President or Vice President that they wish to manage. Just respond to this message to let me know 1) Are you planning to continue with the Project and 2) do you have a specific President or Vice President that you are interested in.

Dave, We have a Worldwide Disaster Project, that encompasses Natural and Man-made disasters. https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Project:Worldwide_Disasters and this space page https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Space:One_World_Trade_Center.

Profile pages are for tributes about that person, not a memorial to all of the 911 victims. I would be honored to help with a free space page for a victims list and you can link the profiles to the list, should you want to.

I sent you a message a week ago about the new-look Global Cemeteries Project but have not yet heard back from you. If you would like to continue in the project, please can you PM me your team(s) selections and your e-mail address for the Google group.

If I don’t hear back from you by this time next week I’ll assume you no longer wish to be in the project at this time.

Hi Dave,

We’ve made some exciting changes to the Global Cemeteries Project. The sub-projects have been merged into the Global Project to help with Leadership and to facilitate collaboration.

Some roles within the project have changed. From now on, there are Project Coordinators for each continent, and one for Welcome and Integration, plus Team Leaders for each individual Country etc.

Please let me know if you’d like to stay on in the new project, if you’d like to continue in an existing role, and which team(s) you’d like to be on. Please also give me your e-mail address so that I can get you added to the project’s Google Group.

Many thanks,

Leader, Global Cemeteries
