Jane was born in 1809. She was the daughter of William Kavanaugh and Elizabeth Miller. According to the Genealogies of Kentucky families from the Register of the Kentucky Historical society, vol 1, "In 1832, John Faulkner married Jane M Kavanaugh , the daughter of William Kavanaugh and Elizabeth Miller. After his death in 1838, his widow married John Williams Walker and they had 5 more children." John Faulkner and Jane had four children. She passed away in 1895.
