Joseph married Judith Lippincott on March 27, 1767 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.^[5]

Joseph died before 18 Dec 1806.^[8] His will is dated February 5, 1805. No mention of his wife, Judith is made, so she died before him. ^[9]
