Joseph L. Kay b. ca. 1772, m. Mary C. Foster, no issue.

Elizabeth Kay, m. 1) Nathan Eyre, (brother-in-law) 2) Samuel Potter (brother-in-law)
Rachel Kay m. 1) Captain Golden, no issue, 2)Samuel Potter, no issue[6][7]
Joseph died before 18 Dec 1806.[8] His will is dated February 5, 1805. No mention of his wife, Judith is made, so she died before him. [9]
