Richard Stephens Kaye was born on May 30, 1938 in Saint Paul, Ramsey, Minnesota, United States. His parents were Robert Lawrence Kaye (1909 - 1962) and Edna Louise Swanson (1912 - 2004).[1]

Richard Stephens died on January 28, 2013 in Sacramento, Sacramento, California aged 74.
