Biography
Starless was born in 1877. [1] He is the son of Samuel Kaylor and Mary Baker. The 1880 census information shows him living with his parents and siblings in Rockingham County, Virginia. [2] The 1900 census shows him livng with a prospecting partner in Okanogan County, Washington.
[3] The 1910 census shows him living in his brother Howard's household in Rockingham County, Virginia. His occupation at this time is listed as a general store merchant.
[4]In about 1914 he married Anna D. Lindsley. The 1920 census shows him living with his wife and child in Rockingham County, Virginia, with his occupation still listed as a general store merchant.[5] Starless passed away in 1926. [6][7]
