I think the marraige to Thomas Ellis is an error, Thomas married the Eva Caterine Keast who was the daughter of John William Keast and Elizabeth Roscholler, and was born in 1892, in Hay, NSW. Her wedding was written up in the Mildura Cultivator, 25 Dec 1915, her mother by then had remarried and was Mrs Williams. The two Eva Catherine Keasts were 2nd cousins.
