On 31 Oct 1929 at Caherciveen in the Registrar's District of Caher and Union of Caherciveen in the County of Kerry, the marriage took place of John Keating, full age, a bachelor and farmer of Caherciveen, son of Patrick Keating, farmer, and Deborah Griffin, full age, a spinster and farmer of Caherciveen, daughter of Griffin, farmer, witnessed by Michael Brennan, Mary Shea.[5]
John Keating, of Old Road died 26 Jul 1970, aged 73, occupation labourer, marital status married, and was buried 25 Jul 1970 at Caherciveen Holy Cross Cemetery, County Kerry, Ireland.[6]
