Biography
Patrick son of Michael Keating, farmer, of Coomduff, and Catherine Keating formerly Daly, was born 02 Apr 1906 at Coomduff. The birth was registered by Michael Keating, father, of Coomduff, on 24 May 1906.[1]
Patrick Keating appeared in the 1911 census of Ireland at House 1 in Coomduff, Bahaghs, Kerry, age 5, born Co Kerry, occupation not given, as son to Michael Keating.[2]
On 21 Oct 1939 at Cahirciveen in the Registrar's District of Caher and Union of Caherciveen in the County of Kerry, the marriage took place of Patrick Keating, full age, a bachelor and harness maker of Coomduff, Caherciveen, son of Michael Keating, farmer, and Anna McCarthy, full age, a spinster and -- of Caherciveen, daughter of John McCarthy, shop keeper, witnessed by Jerome Keating, Hanna Keating.[3]
Patrick Keating, of New St, Cahersiveen died 12 Nov 1985, aged 79, occupation harness maker, marital status widower, and was buried 14 Nov 1985 at Killavarnogue Cemetery, County Kerry, Ireland.[4]
