Henrich son of Christian and Maria Barbara Kiefer was born 9 Jun 1778 and christened in the Lutheran Church on 19 July 1778. The sponsors were Henrich and Magdalena Fauth, probably his mother's relatives.[1]
A marriage license for Henry Keefer and Elizabeth Getzendanner was issued in Frederick County, Maryland on 5 March 1808, and they were married in the Reformed Church on 6 March 1808.[2][3]
An 1847 Frederick County, Maryland equity court case over Henry's estate says that he was the son of Christian Keefer and that Henry died intestate in July 1846. [4] His wife had predeceased him and he had no surviving children, as the heirs named are his siblings or their children:
