Biography
Donald was born in San Diego California, the first son of Donald and Pearl Hiney Keefer. The family left Calofornia in the 1930' s and relocaqted to Ouray Colorodao where they resided for a few years. The faliy then moved to New Jersey. Donald Married Mary Lou Lyons and started a family, mliving in Andover New Jersey and later Montrose Pennsylvania. In their later years Donald and Mary Lou resided in Whiting and Manchester New Jersey and finally in Neptune New Jersey. Donald was predeceased by his wife Mary Lou Lyons Keefer who passed in 2005 and his sister, LoRaine. He is survived by his son Donald B Keefer, Jr., his daughter Donna Gioglio and her husbnad Tom: the love of his life, his grandson Matt Gioglio: his brother Gary Keefer and hia wife Barbara; and his two sisters Joyce Wiard and her husband Jeck and Shirley McKeel and her husband Rich.
