1900 Census. This Census shows that Lucinda was born in Sep 1875 in Kentucky. Her mother and father were both born in Kentucky. It also shows that Lucinda was living with her husband, James B. and one son, John H. Langley who was 4 at the time and born in Arkansas.[2]
