Loretta Mae Dysart, age 35 daughter of J.C. and Susanah (Seibert) Dysart, married Charles E. Keener, age 30 son of C.H. and Sarah (Starkey) Keener, on June 17, 1916 in Harrison Co., Ohio. The license was issued June 12, 1916.^[1]

The 1920 U.S. Federal Census records James C. Dysart, a widower age 73 born in OH, as a farmer living in Harrisville, Harrison Co., Ohio. In his household are his son Fred age 47 born in OH, son Charles H. age 44 born in OH, son Jay C. age 35 born in OH, son-in-law Charles A. Keener age 35 born in WV, daughter Luetta N. Keener age 37 born in OH and grandson Everett E. Keener age 2 born in OH. James’ sons are working as farm hands, and Charles Keener is a coal miner.^[2]
