Rudolff Kuhn and Magdalena Keller were married 17 May 1750 in Rikon, Zürich, Switzerland. [1] They left Rikon, Switzerland to emigrate to Halifax, Nova Scotia, travelling from Rotterdam aboard the ship Ann. The Ann sailed 28 Jun 1750, arriving in Halifax 2 or 13 Sep 1750. 17 people died during the voyage, and the vessel brought an infectious fever to the colonies. Sailing from Rieken, Switzerland, the household of Rudloph Kuhn included Veronica, but Magdalena (who is listed as died 1750) is listed with the household of Johan Jacob Kuhn. [2] [3] Magdalena died 8 Oct 1750 in Halifax, Nova Scotia. [4] She was buried 10 Oct 1750 in St. Pauls church Cemetery in Halifax, Nova Scotia. [5] [6]
