Biography

Ruth Keller Chatterton was the daughter of Karl Keller and Minnie Keller. She was born on 2 March 1888 in Gouverneur Village, New York. [1]

About 1904 the Keller family migrated West to Boise, Idaho.In the 1900 census Ruth (age 12) was the daughter of Karl Kellar in Gouverneur, Gouverneur, St. Lawrence, New York, United States.[2] In the 1910 census Ruth (age 22) was the single daughter of Karl Kellar in Boise, Ada, Idaho, United States.[3] the Keller Family moved to Boise, Idaho. Karl Keller got a job there as a Mining Engineer and Mllwright.

Ruth married Herbert William Chatterton on June 15, 1916 in Nez Perce, Idaho.[4]

In the 1920 census Ruth (age 31) was the wife of Herbert W Chatterton in Potlatch, Latah, Idaho, United States.[5] In the 1930 census Ruth (age 40) was the wife of Herbert Chatterton in Potlatch, Latah, Idaho, United States.[6]

The 1940 Census has them living in Moscow, Idaho.[7]

Ruth Passed away at (age 86) on March 11, 1974 in San Diego, California, United States.[8]

  • Idaho, County Marriages, 1864-1950," shows that Herbert William Chatterton and Ruth Keller were married on 15 Jun 1916 in Potlatch, Idaho.
  • The 1920 US Census shows Herbert HOH age 36, and Ruth Keller Chatterton age 31 living in Potlatch, Idaho.

In January 1954 Ruth Mathews (Keller) Chatterton wrote this letter to the children of Frieda (Keller) Roos. The letter describes the Family Records, The Lovisa Dawley Spread, and her recollections of Zeruah Fuller Hyde, as well as letters that Ashbel Fuller wrote to Grand Children and letters they wrote back.

I removed Category: California, Fuller Name Study since Thomas wants that category reserved for those FULLERs born in California.

I added all the appropriate Joseph-2104 line study categories. Only one Fuller Name Study sticker per profile.

Doesn't really matter whether the sticker is used for birth, residence or death. Just put it wherever the sticker looks best.
