James Oscar Kelley was born on 9 Jul 1875 in Alabama, United States. His parents were George Jackson (Kelly) Kelley (~1844 - ~1885) and Matilda Ann (Vance) Kelley (~1848 - ~1906).[1][2]

Death & Legacy

James Oscar Kelley passed away in 1960 and is buried in New Energy Cemetery, Belott, Houston County, Texas.[4]
