Peter Christopher Kelly was born 10 June 1970, Civic Hospital, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada to Ronald Kelly and his wife.
Peter died suddenly, at the age of 45, on 14 April 2014, in the Hospital in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Peter was on a plane returning from a fabulous vacation, when he suddenly began to have an excruciating headache. He was taken from the plane, to the hospital, where he passed away from massive brain aneurysms.
