Mary Elizabeth Kelly (married name Tolley) was born in 1895 at Heath Hill, Victoria, Australia, the daughter of Sarah Ann (Stephens) Kelly and William Kelly.^[1]

She married Norman Samuel Tolley in 1923 in Victoria.^[2] They had two children.^{[citation needed]}

Mary died on 4 June 1965 in Longwarry, Victoria, aged 70 years.^[3]
