Biography
Susan Ann Kelly was baptised on 20 Jun 1811 at Presbyterian Church in Bound Brook, NJ; she is the child of WIlliam and Mary Kelly.
"John Swick 1807-1882 came to Macon Township in 1832 in the same year the Mills family came. He was married to Sue Anne Kelly 1811-1879 and to them were born eight children. Their six daughters were: Charity married John Cadmus, Mary, Phelbe, Alvena, Agnes and Rebecca. One of their sons was William B. 1848-1934 married to Martha Hoagland 1852-83 (daughter of John V. and Anna Hoagland). They had two children: Eugene and William E., Martha passed away and William B. later married for his second wife Hattie Wiggins 1865-1948 (daughter of Daniel and Jane Wiggins). The son of William and Martha, William E. 1877-1903-66, married Gabriella Mills 1874-1903-58 and had one child with the first name of Mills. The other son of John and Sue Anne was Lewis (Luke) 1844-1923 and he married Eunice Osterhout 1847-92 (daughter of Peter and Jemima Osterhout). Luke and Eunice had one son, Walter 1887-95-1943, who married Betha Underwood 1875-95-1967 and lived in Britton. John and Sue Anne lived on Milwaukee Road just off of Britton Highway. The homestead is now owned by Fred Schober."[1]
