Please be advised of the death of Bro. Arthur E. Kemp, journeyman Wireman, Member for 58 yrs. retired. Died July 4, 1999. Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Thurs., July 8, 1999 at 10 a.m. at the St. Ann of Normandy Catholic Church, 7530 Natural Bridge.
