Biography

Aaron was born in South Carolina, 2 March 1779 in South Carolina, son of Moses Kemp and Mary Tate. I believe that Aaron married Sarah Edwards about 1805 in Greenville County, South Carolina. Their oldest son Edward Jefferson Kemp was born about 1806, otherwise Edward Jefferson Kemp was about 8 years old when his parents married. Aaron passed away 24 September 1865 in Forsyth County, Georgia. He is buried at Old Hightower Cemetery, Ball Ground, Cherokee County, Georgia. At the time of Moses and Mary's deaths and probate they had 5 children who were either living or had produced heirs.

Since he was born in 1779, Aaron's parents and siblings should be open rather than private.
