Paul Kendall was born on August 8, 1870 in Georgia, United States. He was the son of FR Sr and Julia Wright Kendall.

Paul (26) married Anna Scovel White (28) (born in 1867 in Georgia; daughter of Nehemiah Bassett White and Harriet N Scovel) on October 28, 1896 in Jasper, Georgia. Their daughter was Julia Kendall Kendall (1898–1969).^[1]

In 1910, the couple lived in Washington Co, Georgia with their daughter. His occupation is listed as Methodist preacher. On the census record, Upson County, Georgia is listed as his birthplace. ^[2]

In the 1920, Paul and his wife Mrs Anna Scovel (White) Kendall (~1867 - 1938) lived on Church St in Bunnell, Florida. He worked as a clergyman at the Methodist (M. E.) Church. His neighbor was George Elliott Allen (1881-1949) and George Biddle.^[3]

By 1930, he returned to Atlanta where he and his wife lived with their daughter's family.^[4]

Paul died on August 5, 1930 in Atlanta, Fulton, Georgia, aged 59.^[5] Paul was mentioned on a memorial in Oakland Cemetery, Atlanta, Fulton County, Georgia with a death date of 5 Aug 1930.^[6]
