Hazel was born in 11 March 1886 ^[1] to Benjamin Kendall and Anne Eliza Kennedy. She passed away 28 Apr 1964. ^{[2] [3] [4]}

In 1895 her mother passed away.^[5]

In 1900 she was living in the household of her father Benjamin Kendall, her stepmother Georgia Annabell Blackburn, her sister Lillian, and her brothers Wilbur and Clarence.^[6]

On 17 Feb 1903 her father passed away.^[7]

On 09 Feb 1907 in Collin, Texas she married Gideon Moss Alsup. ^[8]
