Joseph H Plunkett was born in July 1844, died in June 1845 in Nauvoo, Illinois.
In 1852 they immigrated to Utah with the Henry Bryant Manning Jolley Company, settling in American Fork. They later moved to California, where her husband died. After that, Sarah came back to American Fork alone, and then moved to Kanab with her daughter's family.
Sarah passed away 1894 in Kanab, Utah. She is buried in the Kanab City Cemetery.
